This notice explains what happens to the information you send through this website. The responsible party is Mikaeel Majiet, trading as Studio Majiet, in South Africa. Contact: security@mikaeelmajiet.com.

What I collect

When you use a request form: your company domain, your work email address, what you need checked or the company systems you list, the statements you confirm, the time of the request and the country it came from.

The website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect request forms from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes browser and network information, including your IP address, for this security check. The site uses no advertising analytics or tracking. Its fonts are served from this domain.

Why

To reply to your request, to judge fit and scope, and, for a Free security level, to carry out the scan you asked for within the permission you gave.

Who processes it

The website runs on Cloudflare. Form submissions are delivered to my inbox by Resend and stored in Google Workspace email. These providers may process the information outside South Africa, under their own data-protection terms.

How long it is kept

As long as needed to reply and, if we work together, for the engagement and its records. Requests that lead nowhere are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by emailing security@mikaeelmajiet.com. You can also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
